TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BUSINESS
The electricity consumption charges at Rs ……………………..per unit consumed.
An advance of Rs. ………………will be handed over to the Gallery Caretaker, before the start of exhibition, towards electricity consumption charges.
The advance shall be adjusted against the bill for actual consumption of electricity at the close of the exhibition.
Tables, Chairs, Stands, Hangers, Potted Plants etc. can be arranged at extra cost and transportation costs.Classified mailing list of prospective buyers, available at extra cost.
Service tax as applicable.
SECURITY: The gallery shall not accept any responsibility for theft, damage or pilferage of goods. As a measure of additional precaution, Exhibitors are advised to bring their own two locks. The Gallery keys will be retained by the Management of the Gallery.
DAMAGE OF GALLERY PROPERTY: Fixing of pins, labels, scotch tape or such material on walls and reapers is not permitted. Compensation charges will be levied if damage is caused to walls. painting, glass, lights, furniture and fittings in the gallery.
The compensation amount will be fixed by the Management and will be deducted from the SECURITY DEPOSIT of Rs…………….. placed by the Exhibitor for this purpose.
